The Dean of the Open College of Education honoured the Director of the Rusafa Center with the Silver Jubilee Medal.

In celebration of the twenty-fifth anniversary of the founding of the Open College of Education, Assistant Professor Dr. Ihsan Hadi Ahmad—the Dean of the College—bestowed the Silver Jubilee Medal upon Assistant Professor Dr. Jalal Jasim Al-Rikabi, Director of the Rusafa Educational Center. The honor took place during a grand official ceremony held in the Sayyab Hall at the Rusafa Center, amid a distinguished atmosphere and in the presence of directors of the college's centers from various Iraqi governorates.The ceremony began with an elegant recitation of the Holy Qur'an and the national anthem, followed by a welcoming address from the Dean in which he reviewed the College's journey and achievements over the past quarter-century, affirming that this honor embodies the institution's appreciation for Dr. Al-Rikabi's efforts and his contributions to elevating the academic and administrative performance of the center.For his part, Dr. Jalal Jasim Al-Rikabi expressed his pride in receiving this honor, dedicating the achievement to the working team at the Rusafa Center and to all the academic staff who have supported the College's mission. He also renewed his commitment to continue diligent work to achieve the College's strategic objectives and to strengthen its standing nationally and internationally.The event concluded with the honoring of center directors and the presentation of certificates of appreciation to a distinguished group of faculty members and staff, on a day that reflected the pride and esteem for the national academic journey of the Open College of Education.
