The Dean Honors the Director of the Rusafa Educational Center

On the occasion of the twenty-fifth anniversary of the founding of the Open College of Education, the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Ihsan Hadi Ahmad, honored Assistant Professor Dr. Jalal Jasim Al-Rikabi, Director of the Rusafa Educational Center, with the Silver Jubilee Medal in recognition of his outstanding efforts and academic and administrative contributions to the educational mission.The honor was bestowed during a grand official ceremony held in Sayyab Hall at the Rusafa Educational Center, in an atmosphere of celebration that reflected pride in the College's achievements over a quarter century of scholarly dedication. The event was attended by several directors of the College's centers from various Iraqi governorates, in a national gathering that expressed deep affiliation with this esteemed educational institution and reaffirmed its mission of building human capacity and knowledge.
